K齒型接鏈環(huán)(水平面和垂直面都能使用,優(yōu)先選用水平連接)
K齒型接鏈環(huán)符合DIN22258 Part1 1983標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高于國(guó)內(nèi)MT/T 99-1997標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在制造過(guò)程中選擇了富含Cr、Ni、Mo合金元素的高合金鋼和多重?zé)崽幚砉に?,以確保其與配套鏈輪的配合,安全運(yùn)行,K齒型接鏈環(huán)表面經(jīng)過(guò)特殊防腐處理,延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命。
K齒型接鏈環(huán)垂直安裝使用時(shí),一定要注意裝配方向,保證上方箭頭與傳動(dòng)方向一致。
K-tooth Connector (for vertical and horizontal use,horizontal link connector is preference)
The K-tooth connector comply to the standard DIN 22258 part I ,which exceed the requirements in China Standard MT/T 99-1997 .The tensile and fitigue performance is particularly impressive and has been achieved by careful selection of raw material include Cr.Ni and Mo and heat treatment during the manufacturing process .The perfect engagement with sprocket either in Horizontal or Vertical has been achived .The Surface of K-tooth connector have been treated through anti-corrosion process to expand its work life.
Please be aware of the fitting direction when assembling for vertical use, keep the top arrow direction same with the transmission direction.

K齒型接鏈環(huán)安裝說(shuō)明書(shū)提供了安裝和維護(hù)的正確方法。
*定期檢查磨損和損壞
*每三個(gè)月或完成100萬(wàn)噸過(guò)煤量進(jìn)行檢查(如果用于轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)需每月檢查一次)
*不要在兩個(gè)接鏈環(huán)中插入其它部件
Assembly and Maintenance
An instruction leaflet is supplied with each K-Tooth connector which gives guidance on correct assembly and maintenance.
.Regularly check for wear or damage and free from dust.
.Fully examine every 3 months or IM tonnes conveyed whichever is the sooner(For BSL use,examine montly)
.Do not interchange components between connectors.
